Borana — Cattle keeping pastoralists who now keep camels in the more arid parts of their territory.

Containers take three to nine months to complete. Smaller and more decorated vessels are generally reserved for visitors, or the head of the household. They are generally hung on the wall as decoration and rarely used.
Description:
Yellow—ocher gourd, milk container with raffia cover. Held with brown leather straps, with white cowrie shell beads on leather, tight lid.
